Ingredients

  • 100 gr Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 100 gr White Chocolate
  • 500 ml Whipping Cream (divided into 200 ml, plus 300 ml)

Instructions

  • Cut the white + dark chocolate into small pieces, then place them into two large heatproof bowls. In a small saucepan, heat 200ml whipping cream over medium heat until it starts to just simmer. Remove from the heat + pour the hot cream directly over the chopped white and dark chocolates in 2 equal amounts, and let sit for 5-6 mins to allow the cream to melt the chocolate. Give both bowls of chocolate a stir to completely melt the chocolate. Once melted, set aside and let cool for 5-10 mins.
  • In a large bowl, whisk 300ml cold whipping cream until soft peaks form. Equally divide the whipped cream amongst the white and dark chocolate. One at a time, whisk the chocolate and whipped cream together until they’re mixed properly and stiff peaks form.
  • Spoon both the white and dark mousses in small serving dishes/glasses/bowls in layers. Serve, or refrigerate them for 3-4 hours before serving. Dive in!!
